Jeffrey Killeen, Chairman & CEO
Jeff Killeen has been CEO of GlobalSpec since January 2002, and has more than 25 years of executive management experience in the media, information services and Internet industries. He joined
GlobalSpec from Forbes.com, where as CEO, he led the development of Forbes' portfolio of online financial information and electronic publishing businesses; guiding both editorial and sales/publishing
strategy and operations. Prior to his tenure at Forbes, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Barnes & Noble.com, leading that organization from a startup to the world's third largest consumer
e-commerce company at the time. Prior to that, he held subsidiary CEO positions at SBC/Pacific Bell in their electronic media and Internet group, was CEO of ESS Ventures (a new media joint venture
between the Los Angeles Times & Pacific Bell) and was the President of AISG, the largest claims information data resource to the U.S. property & casualty insurance industry. He began his
career at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, last holding the post of Senior Vice President of Telco Operations and before that Chief Marketing Officer at D&B's Reuben H. Donnelley yellow
pages business. In addition to serving as CEO and Chairman of GlobalSpec, Mr. Killeen also serves on the boards of two publicly traded companies: SkyTerra Corporation (SKYT) and Drugstore.com
(DSCM); as well as on several civic and non-profit boards, including The Saratoga Opera Company, The Fund For Lake George and the New York Center For Disability Services. He received his B.A. in
Government & Political Science from St. Lawrence University. Mr. Killeen has been named as one of the 'Top 50' B2B media executives for each of the past several years, and under his leadership,
GlobalSpec has been recognized as an Outsell "rising star" company and by the trade press as a "Top 100 e-business" and as a "Best Places To Work" organization for the past two years.

William Hollyer, Chief Financial Officer
Bill Hollyer joined GlobalSpec in 2000 and has more than 20 years of general and financial management experience, including 11 years at PepsiCo where he served as CFO of Pepsi-Cola's North
American Fountain Beverage Division after holding senior finance positions in Frito-Lay, PepsiCo International Corporate Finance, and Pepsi-Cola Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to joining PepsiCo,
he was a management consultant at Bain & Company focusing on manufacturing cost reduction, product pricing, and sales targeting as well as business acquisitions and divestitures for Bain Capital.
He began his career as a process engineer at General Motors where he was a GM Scholar followed by process engineering and product management positions at 3M. Mr. Hollyer holds an MBA from the
University of Chicago as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Stephen MacMinn, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Steve MacMinn brings more than 20 years of engineering and technical management experience to GlobalSpec, including 16 years as a researcher and technical manager at GE Corporate Research
and Development. Dr. MacMinn received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Dr. MacMinn holds
thirteen U.S. and international patents. He is the author or co-author of eleven publications.

Thomas Brownell, Senior Vice President, Production & Engineering
Tom Brownell is a cofounder of GlobalSpec and has led the Production and Engineering (content management/'domain expertise') operations since the company's beginning in 1996. Prior to GlobalSpec,
he spent more than 18 years at GE's Corporate Research and Development Center (CRD) working on and managing a wide variety of projects across many product groups. He managed programs for GE's Aircraft
Engine Business to develop advanced control and diagnostic concepts for jet engines; and he worked closely with GE's Aerospace group to develop concepts for International Space Station (ISS) and Mars
Rover programs. He started his career at GE CRD helping to develop factory automation products including the Axis Positioning Module which won an IR100 award. Prior to GE, Mr. Brownell worked at GTE's
Advanced Technology Laboratory developing advanced robotic systems. Mr. Brownell holds a ME degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute that was received as part
of GE's prestigious Advanced Engineering Program. He also earned two B.S. degrees, in Biomedical Electronics Engineering and Zoology from the University of Rhode Island.

Brian Carter, Senior Vice President, Sales
Brian Carter is Senior Vice President, Sales for GlobalSpec, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for leading operational and strategic sales & customer service initiatives. Since joining
the organization in October 1999, Mr. Carter has successfully launched new sales teams, sales channels, product lines, global client relationships, strategic partnerships and market approaches. Prior
to joining GlobalSpec, Mr. Carter served as an engineer for Bechtel Machinery Apparatus Operation, where he was responsible for various tasks associated with supporting installation, set-up, repair
and maintenance of instrumentation and control equipment installed on nuclear Navy warships. Prior to that, he worked for Thomson Learning/Delmar Publishers, where he was responsible for the sale of
distance learning programs, online training content and traditional training materials to business, industry and government entities. Mr. Carter holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Union College.

Chris Chariton, Senior Vice President, Product Management & Supplier Marketing
Chris Chariton is Senior Vice President of Product Management & Supplier Marketing for GlobalSpec. In this role, she oversees all direct marketing, demand generation, product management and
market research, as well as public relations and advertising. An authority in the field of industrial marketing, Ms. Chariton has been with GlobalSpec since 2000. Prior to joining GlobalSpec, she held
industrial marketing positions with leading manufacturers including Saint-Gobain and Pactiv. Regularly quoted as an expert in online marketing for the industrial sector, Ms. Chariton speaks frequently
throughout the country and is quoted often in industry publications such as BtoB, Chief Marketer, DM News and Media Post. She is also a regular contributor to GlobalSpec's Marketing Maven blog at
http://marketingmaven.globalspec.com. Ms. Chariton earned a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University and an MBA from Syracuse University's Whitman
School of Management.

Brian Heller, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Brian Heller is Senior Vice President, Business Development for GlobalSpec, Inc. In this role, Mr. Heller is responsible for developing strategic alliances and other partnerships to drive revenue
and user growth via cross promotion, distribution, content licensing, channel expansion and potential acquisitions. He also promotes GlobalSpec's leadership position as the premier online resource for
suppliers and buyers in the B2B industrial space by expanding the company's relationship base. Prior to joining GlobalSpec, Mr. Heller served as Vice President of Business Strategy and Development for
AOL, where he negotiated and closed over 400 business development transactions and supported AOL's content syndication and premium subscription services initiatives and international expansion. Prior
to that, he served as a corporate lawyer for Shearman & Sterling in New York, then Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld in Washington, D.C. Mr. Heller holds a B.A. in Economics from the University
of Michigan, an MBA from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business Administration, and a law degree from Boston University School of Law.

Liz Taylor, Vice President, Human Resources
Liz Taylor joined GlobalSpec as its first HR executive in April 2000 as the company grew from a small startup to a business with 250 employees in 15 states. She has over 18 years of HR experience
in the Internet, software, healthcare, and business services industries. Liz serves as the senior HR advisor on issues including innovation, training and development, recruiting, benefits, and employee
relations. Prior to joining GlobalSpec she led the HR function of Novalis Corporation, a division of the Trizetto Group. She also held HR leadership roles with a large regional healthcare center and an
employee leasing company. She holds a degree in Psychology from the State University at Albany, has completed doctoral coursework in Organizational Behavior, and co-authored several peer-reviewed articles.
