|Position Summary: A business office position involved with accounts receivable, general accounting, accounts payable and general business office duties.|
- Responsible for daily deposits
- Responsible for emailing invoices
- Assist with all areas of general accounting
- Assist other business office staff in all areas of business office procedures and practices
- Handle mail distribution duties
- Assist accounts receivable & credit card processing
- Assist accounts payable processing
- Other duties as assigned.
|Job Requirements/Skill Specifications:|
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- At least 1 year business office experience preferred
- Experience with Great Plains preferred
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, Windows 2010 environment
