Burrs EDM, laser cut and water jet cut parts have burr issues as well that can be easily eliminated using our Electro-Chemical process. Burrs can cause damage and failures when they detach themselves from the part. If you have ever been the one to sit and deburr large parts by hand you know what a time consuming, inconsistent, costly process that can be, especially if you scrap a few because of a slip. Most problem causing burrs in industry are so small a microscope is the best method of viewing these. Burrs are problems that need to be dealt with in a timely, cost effective manner. The Electro-Chemical process not only deburrs the outer surface of the part, it deburrs the inner surface as well. If your project calls for certain surfaces to be deburred only we have the tooling readily available to mask off the areas you do not wish to have deburred.
