Brake discs may be ordered in three (3) configurations: Machined, Blank or as a disc and hub combination. Machined discs come with a factory specified pilot hole and bolt circle pattern. Blank discs are available for those customers who desire to machine their own pattern. Combination disc and hub assemblies offer customers the greatest value. Installation is as easy as sliding keyed shafting through the bore of the hub. Each disc diameter offers many bore sizes - All are stock and ready to ship.

The 4800 series disc and hubs are made with the highest quality of material and workmanship. Disc material is 1010 steel, stress relieved and blanchard ground to a 0.010 inch-flatness. A caliper disc brake can easily grip the 4800 brake disc because of an optimal RMS finish which also reduces friction pad wear.

If they are required to out-source their brake discs and hubs from other vendors, then we have not saved them much money beyond the savings of our caliper disc brakes.
