Designed for ease of validation, the 552 MED is a horizontal band sealer that has been designed with PAC's exclusive alarmed digital seal temperature, speed, and pressure controls to provide the ultimate in seal integrity.

It can be used with a wide variety of pouch materials - including plastics and foils - in cleanroom or general medical pouch sealing applications. Each seal bar's temperatue is independently controlled to provide optimal temperatures for Tyvek products.

For ease of bag handling, the sealing head and conveyor can be raised or lowered so that the seal position is between 28" and 36" from the floor. The conveyor can be lowered 2 1/2" from the center of the seal bar. The sealing head and conveyor can be tilted up to 30 from horizontal when handling products that may spill.
