The PAC Series is a fully automated conveyorized stretchwrap system that operates without operator assistance. Designed for high speed production lines of up to 50 pallets per hour, this system can be configured to account for process flow of almost any warehouse.
Some of the built in advantages of the PAC-Series Stretch Wrapper are:
* Unique automatic film cut off and wipe down. This double action mechanisom secures the film tail to the load and prevents unraveling.
* One of a kind film clamp device that ensures the leading film tail is incorporated into the wrap eliminating a hanging film tail.
* Up to 30" film roll width capacity.
* Rugged power roller conveyors (used for passing loads through the PAC-SERIES wrap zone). These conveyors are driven by ANSI chains with sprocket guarding, and are guarded with heavy gauge formed sheet metal.
* Full steel construction with a powder coat finish for a durable scratch resistant surface suitable for any production environment.
* Allen Bradley PLC wih user friendly operator controls
The PAC-Series can be manufactured with several performance enhancing options. The TIE-GR® Film Tail Handling System applies a mechanical tie to secure film tails to the pallet - ideal for flat bed transportation. The TOP PLATEN device is used to hold down unstable pallet loads during the wrapping sequence. And a Top Sheet Dispenser covers the top of the pallet with film for additional product protection from moisture.
The PAC-Series is manufactured in Schiller Park, IL under Arpac's lean manufacturing process, and sold through our nationwide distributor network.
