Unique Transfer Barrier Accumulator from Accumulators, Inc.
These Barrier Accumulators are used to separate 2 distinct fluid to transfer pressure OR to use as a standard accumulator with a external nitrogen source.
Transfer Barrier Accumulators are used in two applications:
- For the separation of two different fluids to transfer pressure and volume
- For use in hydraulic accumulator applications where an external nitrogen source is required, either to vary precharge pressure of make frequent pressure changes.
These accumulators can be manufactured with a host of options for material compatibility. Internal phenolic coatings, external marine epoxy finishes and 316 stainless steel wetted surfaces. Units range in size from 1 quart to 15 gallon capacity up to 6000 psi.
