These inclination sensors - NB3 Series - are static acceleration style sensors, which are ideal for measuring small inclination ranges. The NB3 (0 to 7 Hz / 0.3 Second response time) and NB3S (0 to 60 Hz / 0.01 Second response time) both have a capacitive spring-mass system with integrated electronics, including a special gas damping for fast dynamic response. The sensors provides an analog DC output. These electronics exhibit very low power consumption and are characterised by a high degree of long-term stability.

The full scale measurement range of the NB3 is 0 to 20° and is supplied with a ratiometric type analog output, which provides an increased linearity performance within its ±10° input range.

A digital pulse width modulated (PWM) output is also available with outputs customized to match the measuring microprocessor.
