The ioLogik W5340 Active GPRS I/O and Moxa's Active OPC Server make it easy to create a remote monitoring and alarm system in GPRS dynamic IP environments. When the ioLogik W5340 at a remote site connects to the Active OPC Server that has a fixed IP, the Active OPC Server will receive and register the ioLogik W5340's IP address, and keep a record of the tag updates. By supporting Moxa's powerful Active OPC Server, the ioLogik W5340 can be easily integrated with SCADA systems. Moxa's Active OPC Server with non-polling architecture supports the standard OPC protocol. In addition, the Active OPC Server offers active (or "push") communication between Moxa's ioLogik series of Active GPRS I/O products and HMI/SCADA systems with instant I/O status updates.
The ioLogik W5340 features many powerful functions, such as power saving, data logging, active alarm message with real-time stamp including SMS, SNMP Trap, TCP, and email, making it the best choice for GPRS remote monitoring and alarm systems.
