Advanced Engineered Systems, Inc.'s Cupping Press can run up to 80 strokes per minute and produce up to 1,000 cups per minute. Compared to a two up tool, the Cupping Press can provide up to 18% of material savings.
The Cupping Press has the flexibility to handle up to 14 tools with diameters up to 3.5" and easily allows for interchangeable dies. The Cupping Press is servo operated which allows for electronically adjustable speeds and strokes and allows the operator to electronically save the setting.
