API processes silicon photodiodes to exacting specifications, offering UV, blue, NIR and 1.06 micron enhanced spectral performance. Our two wafer fabrication facilities in California (Class 10,000 rated) and Wisconsin (Class 1,000 rated) support programs from initial prototyping runs to high-volume production. We process n-type, p-type and epitaxially grown wafers. The wafer fabrication processes in both locations are statistically monitored to ensure repeatability and uniformity in every application.
