The T-1000M incorporates all the features of the standard T-1000, but includes the necessary options and features required for medical validation of seal integrity. The bags are blown open for easy product insertion then sealed with a constant heat seal bar and separated….all in seconds!

The T-1000M accepts our patented Preopened Tyvek® Bags on Rolls, but also seals polyethylene, polypropylene, foil-laminates and other barrier films.

• Standard features on the T-1000M include:
• Validation of seal/dwell time, pressure and temperature is standard
• 3/8" constant heat seal bar
• Low pressure detector to prohibit seal operation when temperature is below programmed settings for medical validation of seal temperature
• Low press detector prohibits seal operation when pressure is below required levels
• Stainless steel construction, non-corrosive components and oil-free operation
• Equipped with 4 micron filter so air blown to open bag is filtered
• Approved for clean room use
