ATP's pneumatic air and fluid hose features a polyurethane inner and outer tube. Rugged and durable in demanding environments. Lighter in weight than ordinary rubber hose. A sturdy, nylon-reinforced braid between the inner and outer tube allows for a higher working pressure than standard polyurethane. Lighter in weight and superior to rubber hose which eventually breaks down, leading to contamination of air systems. Translucent colors will allow you to see any impurities in your air system. Supplied with reusable fittings and bend restrictors. Heat, cold and oil resistant.

This hose feature a specially-blended polyurethane material which gives our hoses a higher working pressure, better coil retention and longer service life than our competitor's hose. A very important benefit of ATP's Technibond® process is that it isn't molded together in a coextrusion process. Coextrusion causes bore or shape distortion. By forming the bundles in a second step, Technibond tubing can still be used with push-to-connect fittings for easy installation, and the groups can be easily stripped/separated to any length without damaging the tubing's integrity.
Technibond was originally created for OEM engineers and designers. However, Technibond's versatility makes it an excellent choice for end users, as well. Plant Engineers and Maintenance Supervisors looking for a better way to troubleshoot, test and update existing equipment will find Technibond to be an ideal solution.
