The entry-level version is being offered with one A-bis interface for full base station control and BER (bit error rate) measurements, encryption, support for two of the four GSM frequency bands and software support. The entry-level Aeroflex 6113 Digital Radio Test Set can be upgraded to a full system, if required.

Field portable and easy to use, more than 2,000 Aeroflex 6113 Digital Radio Test Sets have already been deployed worldwide; it is the industry-standard base station test tool among GSM operators.
