MISTKOP's proven design couples simplicity with efficiency. No spinning filter to waste horse-power or cause vibrations due to unbalanced filters. Available with HEPA Filter configurations.

Mist and contaminants are captured at the source rather than after they are dispersed as with unducted or electronic units. Easily replaced, low cost filters. Collected fluid drains to your process or container. Usually hung near the source, but all models are available "inverted" such as VC-51 for direct or floor mounting. Secondary filters can be added for smoke.

Our MISTKOP unit was developed to remove liquid mists from the air in machining and grinding operations, and is effective in reclaiming cutting oils and synthetic coolants used in these processes. Collection of the coolant mists in this manner removes potential health and safety hazards from the shop area, and the MISTKOP has proven more economical and cost-efficient than electronic systems or rotating drum equipment used for this purpose. As a result, they are used and preferred by many machine shops and metalcutting facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

MISTKOP with Exhaust Shell vents filtered fumes, gases, or heat to the outside. Available for all models, standard or inverted. Can also be supplied with HEPA filters for efficiency up to 99.97% at 0.3 micron.
