Air Caster Corporation can design and fabricate a "space saving", over/under system to maximize your floor space. Simple over/under configurations include incoming station, work station and return station. Each station has roller conveyors to allow rack flow. Racks are fork truck loaded at incoming station. The operator releases the rack as desired into work station. Once the rack load/unload process is completed, the operator actuates the lift unit, raising the rack to the overhead, outgoing lane for pick up. Over/under system can be basic, manual units or fully automated powered units.
