DELTA P^TM Disposable Panel Filters

DELTA P^TM (DPM7) is a MERV 7 rated disposable panel filter. Made of superior fiberglass media this filter is designed to withstand tough industrial and commercial applications. Offered in a 1" and 2" size. Testing conducted in accordance with ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standard. Classified Class 2 by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Uses a skin backing for enhanced filtration capabilities. Highly recommended for installations as a stand alone filter, or to replace several types of prefilters. Safe, easy, and fast installation with the elimination of the metal backing.

Frame – The DPM7 frame is produced using post consumer materials. Manufactured using the unique Monobond concept. The concept involves a one piece frame sealed to the media under heat and pressure. This construction feature produces a continuous bond of media to board around the frame, eliminating weak corners and air bypass. Is able to withstand varying temperatures and humidity levels.

When compared to traditional designs, the filter's notched frame corners allow units to interlock, providing up to 33% savings on warehouse space and freight costs.

Media – The DPM7 is made with superior grade fiberglass media to guarantee full
depth loading and high dust holding capacity. Computer controlled manufacturing processing assures a uniform gradient density pattern in the media. The filter media has a skin backing and is evenly coated with a gelled adhesive on the downstream side. The elimination of a metal backing on this filter also eliminates sharp edges, making for safe installation and easy disposal.
