AKON is a leading manufacturer of a broad range of microwave components and integrated subassemblies in 0.5 to 20.0 GHz range. They specialize in concept through hardware realization of "custom" microwave components and integrated subassemblies (MIC and MMIC). This subsystem consists of a limiter, SP2T high isolation PIN diode switch, a sharp "skirt" high pass filter (-60dBc; 15% from edge), and an ultra linear 75dB dynamic range DLVA. MIC and MMIC techniques are used to achieve less than ±1.0dB tracking between the two detector arms, thus achieving ±1.0dB average log linearity over 75dB dynamic range.
