The channelized receiver shown here covers the frequency range of 2.0-18.0 GHz in bands 2-6, 6-10, 10-14 and 14-18 GHz. This consists of high isolation SP2T switch, low noise RF amplifier, filter bank, and a high isolation SP4T Switch to select one band at a time. This is followed by a 70dB extended range DLVA with its own amplifier, power dividers, detectors, and log video circuitry. The receiver occupies less than 21 cubic inches of space, has excellent linearities (less than ±1.0 dB) and achieves unit to unit matching.
