FLEX-O-STAR – comprehensive wastewater treatment for water-based effluents, slurries and problem wash waters
MICRO-KLEAN – an easy to operate filter press system, which removes solids from wastewater and produces a clean effluent
GRAVITY CLARIFIER – reduces wastewater volumes by 90% with two easy filtration steps
ROTARY AUGER STRAINER – strains all materials larger than 3/8"
SPIRAL FLOW SEPARATOR - a versatile separator that will separate two or three components (floatables, water, and settleable solids). The unit is most commonly used in applications where water recirculation is desired.
Custom Systems & Equipment Design
Since 1970, Alar has manufactured equipment to suit hundreds of different water applications. The machinery contains over 50 patents and years of engineering research and development.
Determining the right filter type and treatment cycle is only part of the solution. Building layouts, electrical configuration, discharge points of water and solids, computer hardware and software, and safety standards all play a role in building a dewatering system.
The engineering department employs design, mechanical, and electrical engineers that can design and build a system to match the customer's specifications.
