Adixen announces ACP series 2, the only vacuum pump of its type on the market today that can provide an oil less, clean, dry and particle free vacuum pump solution. The Adixen multi-stage Roots design is optimized for operation without lubricants and seals inside the pumping module. This frictionless design provides maintenance free intervals of 2+ years, making it the ideal choice for any application requiring constant performances and high reliability.

Another benefit of the oil free frictionless design is that there are no wearing parts in the path of pumped gases and no hydrocarbon vapor back streaming or particulate generation. In fact, Alcatel design engineers have optimized dry multi-stage Roots technology in their vacuum pumps to respond to the most demanding applications.

Thanks to the constant internal clearances and constant rotational speed (frequency converter driven motors) ACP series pumps will provide constant pumping speed and constant ultimate pressure for worldwide OEM applications. So regardless of whether you are using 50Hz/100V or 60Hz/115V the performance remains the same.

Standard versions of the ACP series pumps feature a gas ballast valve providing high reliability and increased efficiency for condensible vapors handling. A gas purged "G" version is available for light duty corrosive gas applications. Pumping speed ranges for both versions include 15, 28 and 40 m3/h (9, 16.7, 24 CFM).
