The Model ADP-21 and ADP-31 vacuum drying ovens greatly simplify the heating of samples at pressures below atmospheric. Both temperature set and readout are controlled and monitored digitally with a fast and accurate display of operating parameters. Significant features of the ADP-21/31 vacuum drying ovens are as follows:
- Precise control in a negative pressure environment. Microprocessor based three mode PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) with precise temperature control... 99% accuracy. Microprocessor based safety circuit. The self-diagnostic function visually alerts users if the temperature sensor, triac or heater malfunctions. At that time, the circuit heater will automatically turn off.
- Economical. ADP-21/31 is the answer when cost is a primary concern. Oven lined with Type 304 Stainless Steel for ease of cleaning. Valves permit inert gas purge as well as vacuum operation.
- The LED provides fast and positive display of operating parameters. Both SET and MEASURE are controlled and monitored digitally. Purging with Nitrogen or Argon is facilitated with gas inlet valve.
- The large observation window provides visual access to the sample, and the option of a right or left opening door compensates for any space limitation in your lab. Both vacuum and purge valves are conveniently located on the top of the oven.
