Roller Compactors: Food Grade, PowerPactor Range

The latest version of the new PowerPactor range of roller compactors constructed entirely in stainless steel and with available motor shrouds. This variant is available in Food grade or near pharmaceutical specification suitable for vitamins and herbal medicine.

Features

- Combi Vent Feeder system - Bearing frame in hinged design - Rollers supported on both ends - New drive technology: four (4) drives - Flake breaker - Roller cooling available - PLC controlled - Vacuum system - "Clamshell" design - Modular, compact machine design - Separate control cabinet - Modular granulating system - Optional: pharmaceutical design

Type PP 175 - Throughput up to ~1,000 kg/hr.

Type PP 250 - Throughput up to ~5,000 kg/hr.

Type PP 350 - Throughput up to ~15,000 kg/hr.

Type PP 500 - Throughput up to ~25,000 kg/hr.

As with all our machines Custom designs are available upon request including, but not limited too, WIP, plc controls, process feedback loops, special materials of construction and similar customer requirements.
