AUTOMOTIVE

All-Marks offers laser marking systems specifically designed for industrial applications. Our systems are designed for stand-alone operation through complete integration into automated production facilities. Our software is the key to all of our systems; written in-house it is extremely powerful yet truly simple for stand-alone user applications. 50,000 - 100,000 hour minimum Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), extended temperature ranges and sealed optics and electronics ensure a true industrial solution providing years of operation in your facility.

All-Marks' laser products are easy to integrate into high speed production lines. Our integration models support 4 axis motion control and have an additional 14 inputs and 14 outputs for seamless automation. This enables greatly simplified integration, without the use of PLCs in many cases. Our systems enable easy data interchange with external databases (production, scheduling, quality, etc.) and with variable data from test stations and the production line itself.

Our laser marking systems require minimal maintenance (keep the lens clean) and will plug into any available standard electrical wall outlet. Water chillers or coolers are obsolete with out equipment.

MILITARY

Our laser and identification products have been designed with military marking applications in mind. All-Marks' marking equipment features an intuitive user interface that requires only minimal training . Our units are portable and require only a small footprint.

We place a strong emphasis on laser safety including a military specific enclosure. We have been trained in laser safety by and conform to the standards of the Laser Institute of America.
