Stub Length T-A® Holders were developed for use in applications where tool length was too great or required improved rigidity. Available in series Y through 3 (hole diameters of 3/8" up to 1-7/8"), Stub holders have been the preferred choice for use in screw machines and multiple-spindle machines, where precision is an absolute requirement. Because they are part of the T-A® Drilling System, they are designed to accommodate all T-A® inserts, plus offer the usual through-the-tool coolant capability.
