QUALITY ASSURANCE l Alstom construction's field-proven Quality Assurance program is responsive to both regulatory and contract requires. It meets the ASME Boiler and Pressure Code requirements for new construction as well as the National Board Inspection Code's requirements for maintenance, repairs and alterations. Alstom has been issued the ASME A, PP, U and S Code Stamp Certificates of Authorization, along with the National Board's R Stamp Certificate of Authorization. The program includes an extensive training program for field personnel, along with assistance in setting up quality programs at jobsites, along with frequent monitoring and auditing. We are a recognized leader in boiler welding technology, with a welding staff responsible for supporting the field, and for developing and maintaining hundreds of welding procedures, covering GTA, SMA, GMA, and orbital welding processes over a wide range of materials.
