Automatic Matchplate Molding Equipment
- Hunter 20" x 24"
The Hunter machine is a high pressure production flaskless machine. Mold sizes range from 20" to 24". As many as 180 molds per hour can be produced. The productivity of the Hunter is reduced when core setting is required and as many as 100 molds per hour can be cast. This machine uses matchplate patterns requiring relatively short pattern change times- 10 to 20 minutes.
- Beardsley Piper 20" x 26"
The 20" x 26" B&P machine has a rotary table mechanism which allows for large core setting.
- Sinto 32" x 32"
Finally, the Sinto 32" x 32" is the newest addition, which offers a consistent 45 second and "drawer" core-setting arrangement. The ultimate result is that customers get extremely low part costs with minimal tooling exposure.
