Aluminum Alloys Inc. specializes in difficult, high volume, and physically large castings.

Operating as 3 facilities within 1, small parts weighing 5-30 lbs are molded on fully-automatic, cost-efficient mold making machines. Medium sized parts from 30-75 lbs are produced on rotolifts, while larger parts are floor molded and poured utilizing single pour tilt ladles.

In-house machining is also provided for all casting sizes. A complete quality lab, including NDT and pressure testing makes Aluminum Alloys Inc. "your" full service foundry source.

• 8 floor molding stations producing parts up to 2000 lbs. poured, with an electric furnace with a 2400 lb capacity.
• 6 gas furnaces at 1000 lbs each
• 3 electric ladles at 1700 lbs each
