AMS is now supplying the wideband linear amplifier CA2818C.

The CA2818C is a hybrid circuit designed for 50 to 100 ohm systems. Intended for use in applications requiring low noise and low distortion. Using a supply of 24V, features a frequency range of 0.35 to 400 MHZ and an output power, typically, of 1000 mW at 1 dB compression at 200 MHZ.
