Our inspection process begins long before the part is ever set up to begin production. Equipment and handling, concerns and recommendations, are anticipated and communicated- many times, even before the quoting process begins. Our rigorous approach to quality allows us to ensure accuracy at every stage.

Production batches are inspected against strict zero-defect requirements. If there is one deviant piece out of a million, it is one too many. We are able to provide SPC, PPAP, FMEA and Guage R&R studies. We strive to meet custom requirements for clients in a variety of industries.

Inspection efforts: In addition to production control inspections done at the machine, American Swiss Products conducts a final inspection of parts prior to shipping.
