Why Americor?
Production Facility - All of our wire harnesses are produced in 2 manufacturing places in China to ensure that we can meet the Quality Standard and the economic demand of our customers.
Sample - Production - After we have received customer specification samples are produced and a report is created with a print and approval documentation where applicable. The report and the samples are submitted to the customer for approval and sign off.
Production - Our own staff in China watched the production from beginning to the end performing inspection during the production process and the final quality control. Production lot is received at Americor Electronics Ltd in Elk Grove Village Illinois. A final inspection is taking place before the production lot leaves our warehouse.
