1920 to 1980 MHz, 2110 to 2170 MHz Cavity Duplexer

The AD1950-2140D269 cavity duplexer designed for PCS applications. Band 1 is 1920 to 1980 MHz and Band 2 is 2110 to 2170 MHz. Insertion loss is less than 1.5 dB, isolation is greater than 90 dB, passband ripple is less than 0.2 dB, rejection is greater than 90 dB, return loss is greater than 18 dB, and power handling is 20 W. The duplexer uses SMA female connectors and operates from -40 to +85 C.

704 to 716 MHz/734 to 746 MHz LTE Band Combiner (Band B)

The AD710-740C115 power combiner is designed for LTE base station applications. Band 1 is 704 to 716 MHz and Band 2 is 734 to 746 MHz. Attenuation at 1 MHz from the passband is more than 20 dB, insertion loss is less than 2 dB, return loss is greater than 14 dB, and power handling is 5 W. The combiner uses Type-N female connectors.

824 to 849 MHz, 869 to 894 MHz Cavity Duplexer

The AD836-881D200 cavity duplexer is designed for GSM applications at 850 MHz. Band 1 is 824 to 849 MHz and Band 2 is 869 to 894 MHz. Insertion loss is less than 0.7 dB, isolation is greater than 70 dB, passband ripple is less than 0.2 dB, and return loss is greater than 18 dB. The duplexer handles 50 W, operates from -40 to +85 C, and uses Type-N female connectors.
