Product Announcement from Anatech Electronics, Inc.
Cavity Duplexer for Outdoor WiFi Hotspots
Anatech Electronics cavity duplexers are available with 2 to 18 resonators and bandwidths ranging from 3% to 100%. The resonator and the cavity are silver plated for lower insertion loss and better selectivity. Cavity duplexers can handle power up to 500 W and can withstand adverse conditions. Standard designs have a 0.05-dB Chebyshev response and other response types such as Butterworth and elliptic are also available.
Anatech cavity duplexers range in size from 1.5 to more than 10 in. long, depending on their insertion loss, power handling ability, and center frequency.
All packages can be manufactured in different styles, such as surface mount, connectorized, printed circuit board mount, drop-in, as well as other configurations suitable for the frequency range of the filter.
The AD2450-5400D220 cavity duplexer is an excellent choice for outdoor WiFi applications. Band 1 covers 2400 to 2500 MHz and Band 2 covers 4900 to 5900 MHz. Insertion loss in both bands is less than 0.75 dB, passband ripple is less than 0.2 dB, isolation is greater than 30 dB, and return loss is greater than 15 dB. Rejection in both bands is greater than 30 dB, and operating temperature range is -40 to +70 C. The unit employs SMA female connectors, handles 10 W CW, and measures 80 x 54 x 26 mm.
