The Anguil Preventive Maintenance Evaluation (PME) consists of a complete inspection broken down into the following parts:

• Mechanical: An external and internal inspection of the oxidizer's mechanical components including ductwork, valves, linkage, heat exchanger, reactor, fan, motor assembly, burners, catalyst, stack and observation ports.
• Electrical: The electrical components will be inspected and electrically tested to insure that they are functioning properly. This includes: switches, lights, relays, timers, controllers, recorders, motors, starters, actuators, disconnects and wiring.
• Process Control Loops: The temperature and pressure control loops will be inspected and tested to verify correct operation and sequence. This includes: visual inspection, and testing of the burner, controllers, actuators, thermocouples, pressure switches and the variable speed drive (if present). We also evaluate the system (or catalyst) ready circuit, the system inlet and atmospheric bypass damper circuit, the warning alarm circuits and shutdown alarm circuits.
• Oxidation Efficiency Test and Catalyst Evaluation: If requested - an optional oxidation efficiency test can be performed using a portable detector unit or by collecting samples for laboratory analysis. Samples of catalyst, if available and requested, may also be collected and sent in for independent destruction efficiency evaluation.

In addition to the PME we offer emergency service and trouble shooting visits, remote system evaluation via modem, VOC destruction efficiency checkups, operator training sessions, spare parts packages and system upgrades.
