The Millikelvin Thermometer MKT 50 measures the temperature in combination with two highly precise Platinum Resistance Thermometers with an uncertainty of 0.001 °C (1 mK) in a measuring range from -260 °C to +962 °C. MKT 50 can be programmed for 30 different measuring sensors according to ITS-90 and IEC 751 and is therefore suitable for measurements which require traceability to international standards.
The new MKT 50 from Anton Paar is extremely flexible: It can be used as a portable, battery-operated measuring instrument for use in the laboratory or whenever and wherever highly precise temperature measurement is required. Data readout is also simple: via Ethernet or RS232 interface, MKT 50 is easy to connect to a modern laboratory information system.
