Applied Energy Systems, Inc specializes in precision welding applications for critical industries including precision flow measuring instruments, surgical instruments, and medical devices.

Four YAG lasers are operated with sophisticated motion systems to provide accurate and repeatable high quality welds. Precision welding is also performed using the computer controlled tungsten inert gas process in two gloveboxes. All welds are qualified to specific acceptance criteria established by our customer.

Sophisticated quality assurance equipment is used to confirm all critical dimensions and that weld quality are met. This includes tensile testing, metallography analysis, a video inspection, and measurement system. Also, three certified cleanrooms are utilized for any operations that require particle free assembly or handling.
