Injection Molding

Our injection molding facilities range in size from 33 Ton – 310 Ton, electric and traditional, molding machines. Automated robotic equipped machines, with clean-room capability, allow us to produce prototype and production parts with a record of zero rejects shipped to customers.

RTV/Silicone Rubber Molding

Low volume parts without the cost of a metal tool!

Cast Urethane parts in as little as five days, coupled with low tooling cost, allow you to speed your product to market.

Our library of material choices provides near injection molded part properties. We can tint or color match for opaque or translucent requirements.

These bridge-to-production parts can be used for market studies, pre-production or even short run production.

Rapid Prototyping

Arnprior utilizes stereolithography (SLA) & selective laser sintering (SLS) technologies to offer high quality parts rapidly. Parts are used for development, fit and function, or pre-production. Parts are finished in a variety of methods to achieve the desired requirements.

We have a full service finishing capability, including custom color matching painting and graphics capability. Our model shop can use these parts to complete fully detailed tradeshow and appearance models.

Thermoforming

We specialize in thermoforming parts for the aerospace, medical equipment and consumer products industry. With over 40 years of experience in product and equipment development we can provide prototype and production parts.

Our state of the art 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers provide efficiently produced tooling. Multi-axis routers enable accurate trimming of formed parts with a vacuum system and robotic tool change system to minimize set up, lowering cost. Secondary parts can be bonded to all types of materials to add attachment or structural components to the parts.
