We utilize Petro Bond™ molding sand, which permits us to use finer sands that give a better surface quality and a more precise casting. It also allows us to have deeper pockets than can be obtained using green sand techniques. Wheelabration is a tumbling process that provides a uniform finish of the casting utilizing stainless steel shot. This service can be provided for a small additional fee.
