Advanced Technology & Testing is active in IPV and end of line testing, and we are leading the move away from functional testing toward Advanced Signature Analysis (ASA).

Advanced Cold Test for engines is a sophisticated ASA technique developed and patented by Advanced Technology & Testing. This test relies on high-speed data acquisition and manipulation to detect assembly defects on an engine assembly line.

Their solutions for transmission testing in the areas of final test stands, case leak test stands and valve body testing have gained broad acceptance within the industry. They have implemented ASA techniques by substituting air testing in lieu of liquids resulting in a significant reduction in test time.
