Boral requested a "simple" unloader that can unload a 24 Kingsize wide kiln car. The request for was for no counting and minimal inspection. ASI answered this request with a unloader that is simple but operates at the required rate. The cars are unloaded using a six gripper dehacking head and brick are set down on marshaling conveyors for consolidation and
inspection. The void table spreads the required number of brick for the void layer and a special void brick gripper transfers them to the stacker elevator.
