The Avago AMMC-6431 is a broadband 0.7W bare-die power amplifier designed for use in transmitters which operate in various frequency bands between 25 GHz and 33 GHz. The MMIC is optimized for linear operation with an output third order intercept point (OIP3) of 38 dBm.
