The CUV-UV/VIS-TC enables unique applications of fiber optic spectroscopy which historically have not been feasible with a microspectrometer such as:

On-line thermocycling of biological particles
For these and other applications temperature control is critical to repeatible and thorough measurements. The CUV-UV/VIS-TC is available in three configurations: Absorbance, Fluorescence or Combination Absorbance fluoresence. The CUV-UV/VIS-TC is now available in a special configuration to directly couple with Avantes Avalight-XE pulsed xenon light source.
