For higher volume production applications, Avure Autoclave Systems offers a full line of ClPs with quick and reliable automated operation. Threadless pin closure models are typically quoted for vessels with work zones up to 24" in diameter. Pin closures offer some unique advantages over breech-type closures, including longer fatigue life and straight closure removal to prevent galling.

For larger work zones and maximum cycle life, Quintus® wire wound pressure vessels with yoke-and-frame closures are recommended. These heavy duty models are designed for a minimum of 300,000 cycles, and their prestressed construction provides maximum operator safety, easy loading and unloading, and less overall weight for easier installation at the site.
