Flat braided lacing cords and tapes available in Nylon, Dacron, Teflon*, Teflon* Fiberglass and, Nomex. Operating Temperature Ranges: -67°F to +500°F. Available in multi finsihes
NYLON FLAT BRAIDED LACING TAPE--
A-A-52080 (MIL-T-43435 TYPE I) FINISH B
Nylon flat braid treated with a microcrystalline fungicidal wax finish. Stays flat & flexible, creating a wider contact to distribute stress. Won't slip when tied. Resistant to fungus, flame, abrasion & acids. OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -67°F TO +250°F
DACRON FLAT BRAIDED LACING TAPE --
A-A-52081 (MIL-T-43435 TYPE II) FINISH B
Dacron flat braid treated with a microcrystalline fungicidal wax finish to help prevent slipping when tying knots, resists fungus and mildew. Wont cut or damage items being held together. Stays flat. Superior to Nylon in resistance to acids & elongation. OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -100°F to +350°F.
TEFLON FLAT BRAIDED LACING TAPE--
A-A-52082 (MIL-T-43435 TYPE III) FINISH A
Highly resistant to fluids, fuels & chemicals. Won't outgas under critical vacuum conditions. OPERATING TEMPERATURE: -100°F to +450°F.
TEFLON* FIBERGLASS FLAT BRAIDED LACING TAPE -
A-A-52083 (MIL-T-43435 TYPE IV) FINISH D
Teflon* impregnated fiberglass braided flat, gives high strength and temperature performance.

NOMEX* FLAT BRAIDED LACING TAPE -
A-A-52084 (MIL-T-43435 TYPE V) FINISH B
Nomex* flat braided lacing tape, gives high strength & temperature performance. Stays flat. Nomax* provides almost as high an operating temperature as Teflon* Impregnated fiberglass lacing tape, but is lighter in weight and is less friable than fiberglass. Will not cut or damage item tied.
