Introducing Dodge on Demand

What is Dodge on Demand? In an effort to further enhance our ability to provide timely deliveries on a greater number of Dodge products, we are proud to introduce Dodge on Demand. Products that are included in the program may be available for shipment within 24 hours of order entry. In some cases, same day shipment is available.

What products are included in the program? The program includes Dodge Ball Bearings, Dodge Roller Bearings up to a 5" bore size, and Dodge Tigear-2 speed reducers. Over 95% of Dodge products in these three categories are included in the program.

How do I know whether or not a particular item is included in the program? To find out whether or not a particular part number is included in the program, contact your Dodge inside sales representative. You may also refer to www.ptplace.com to see if a particular item is included. Items that are included in the program will be clearly identified

How do I place an order for a Dodge on Demand part? Orders must be entered by your inside sales representative. At this time, we cannot process Dodge on Demand orders electronically.

How will my Dodge on Demand orders be shipped? Dodge on Demand is intended for use when your customer requires the fastest possible delivery, so Dodge on Demand orders will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities to you or your customer(s) using parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Freight charges will be added to the invoice(s).
