The Bazz Houston Company has recently completed a major modernization of its Tooling, Prototype & Short Run capabilities.

The Tool Room is equipped with brand new state of the art EDM machines, surface grinders and Mills. This new equipment in conjunction with the existing equipment allows Bazz Houston to produces standardized tooling to customer specification within 3 – 5 weeks. This turn around time may be reduced further under certain circumstances.

Our Prototype center has a full line of presses, shears and power brake, ready to produce parts for each individual customer. Prototypes & Short run production orders can be completed within 2 weeks.

From original concept to finished product, Bazz Houston's highly qualified in house engineering staff can offer assistance utilizing the latest 2D and 3D design software. Data transfer capabilities of virtually any file type, including DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP and PRT.
