Meet the Berg Customer Service Reps!
The Customer Service Department at W.M. Berg operates from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday. W.M. Berg Customer Service supports both domestic and International customers by providing superior service as it relates to order entry, quotes, and technical support of standard parts. Berg Customer Service understands that after every task is complete, another remains to be tackled; their job start with an inquiry and finishes when the customer receives the product or is satisfied with the service provided. In addition to servicing the external customer they also service internal customers. Each Customer Service Rep is responsible for communicating a continuous flow of information regarding internal processes to the planners, the ship room and the external sales force.
The department consists of 9 representatives that collectively have over 50yrs of diverse customer service experience. Maria McClure is primarily responsible for processing quotes, providing technical assistance to customers and representatives and supporting the regions as needed. Viva Crape and Veronica Santiago service the central region. Tracy Hem, Greg Irby and Deborah Martin service the East region; and Kevin Tomrell, Monica Gonzalez, and Myrtle Crawford service the West region. Servicing customers by region creates customer loyalty by providing each representative the opportunity to get to know their customers environment and gives them the ability to adapt to their customers business and personal needs.
