Beswick Engineering's RVD series miniature diaphragm style relief valve is a normally closed valve, which opens on rising upstream pressure. The valve will crack open (first bubble) at the specified relief pressure, and continue to open further as overpressure increases. The valve will then close again when upstream pressure drops below the set pressure (typically 1-2 psi below).
Features and Specifications:
The frictionless diaphragm design offers compactness, light weight and high accuracy. It is an outstanding choice for pressure relieving applications from 0 to 100 psig. It is an excellent fit for applications requiring a small safety device, to protect sensitive equipment from seeing an accidental overpressure.

Weighs only 26 grams in brass.
Internal 10-32 threaded inlet and outlet ports.

Adjustable Relief Pressure: Available with 0-5 psi, 0-10 psi, 0-20 psi, 0-30 psi, or 0-100 psi relief ranges. Non-adjustable, factory preset, models are also available and can be ordered with relief pressures from 3 to 30 psi.
Body Material Options: Brass, Aluminum, 303 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel.
O-ring Seal and Diaphragm Material Options: Buna-N, EPDM, or Viton®
Adjustment Types: Screwdriver, knurled knob, hexagonal lock nut, knurled lock nut.
Mounting Options: Standard (in line) or panel-mount body (10-32 thread). A manifold mount option is also available upon request.
