Weighing only 12 grams and with a height of just 0.77 inches, Beswick Engineering's stainless steel mixing/diverting ball valve is one of the smallest valves of its type in the industry. It might be just what you're looking for to miniaturize your pneumatic, hydraulic, or other fluid system.
The MBVMD features one common inlet port, and two outlet ports, allowing flow to be diverted to outlet port A only or outlet port B only, for diverting applications, or to both A and B simultaneously. Alternatively, for mixing applications, flow can directed into ports A and B and out from the common port at the bottom.
Maximum Pressure: Maximum supply pressure is 250 psig.
Approximate Weight: About 12g in stainless steel.
Effective Orifice: 0.070"
Porting: 10-32 internal threaded inlet and outlet ports.
Body Materials: AISI 303 or 316 Stainless Steel.
Seal Materials: A Teflon® seat is used to seal the ball on all configurations. All configurations also contain one o-ring seal. The standard o-ring seal material is Buna-N. Optional materials include EPDM and Viton. See below for more information.
Other Options: In addition to the MBVD, Beswick also offers the MBV series ball valve (for on/off applications), and the MBVT selector ball valve (for directing flow to either port A or port B).
