Bohemia, New York, Beta Transformer Technology Corporation, the leader in Military and High Reliability Aerospace Magnetics, has introduced the TGB Series. This Twin Gigabit transformer is compliant with ANSI X3T11, fiber channel, FC-PH-3 and is designed and manufactured to meet MIL-PRF-21038. This low profile (0.185" height) series is ideally suited to PMC, VME, PCI, and Compact PCI circuit card configurations.
The TGB series weighs less than 1 gram, has an operating temperature range from –40C to +85C, and is compatible with IR/Convection Reflow equipment. Life is rated at 10,000 hours minimum, in accordance with MIL-PRF-21038. The TGB is able to withstand shock and vibration per MIL-STD-202.
